The recent news that the United States Supreme Court issued its long-awaited decision on the constitutionality of The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“PPACA”) has raised concern. While typically associated with service and call center organizations, workforce optimization is a discipline that is quickly gaining foothold in a wider range of business environments.
